ART+OBJECT’s second auction of Important Paintings and Contemporary Art will take place on August 16 and consignments are now invited up until July 20. Early entries include major works by Ralph Hotere, Bill Hammond, Colin McCahon, Michael Parekowhai, Karl Maughan and Seraphine Pick. Art+Object catalogues are widely regarded as the preeminent art market publications in this country and this long-standing sale category has resulted in record prices for many of the country’s leading artists.

Appraisal appointment dates are available in Wellington and the South Island throughout the month of June.
