ART+OBJECT’s inaugural auction is a celebration of the diversity of contemporary art practice and the presentation of the new ‘objects’ category.
ART+OBJECT is also pleased to be able to offer works by major international artists Ricky Swallow, Damien Hirst and Thancoupie for the first time at auction in New Zealand. The interaction of these works with their New Zealand counterparts is one of the highlights of the exhibition viewing.
All the artworks are available to view at A+O’s exhibition space at 3 Abbey Street in Newton from April 27 until the May 3 auction date.
